Rodeway Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport & Port Everglades Cruise Port Hotel

Front desk staff answered all questions. Rooms were clean, spacious and up to date. Restaurant was very busy, we waited about 40+ minutes for our food, but server did inform us of the wait prior to ordering. Food was delicious! Courtyard area was well maintained with plenty of sitting areas. Breakfast was good. We used the shuttle service to get to and from Port Everglades without issue. Car was left on their lost while we were on our cruise. Will stay here again for our next cruise.

Free shuttle to the cruise terminal and from the airport, breakfast included and a lot of choices. We got a big room with Jacuzzi but the phone isn't working.

Rodeway Inn Ft. Lauderdale - best "motel" experience I've had staying at a Motel. We only choose to stay here bc they offer shuttle service for BOTH the airport & all the cruise ports. The place itself was clean plus they have breakfast! I personally don't eat breakfast, but my husband was very happy with the with the selection. Since we arrived after midnight we didn't get to use the amenities though they did look very welcoming. Our had a large bubbling bathtub in the room and also have a separate shower in the bathroom. The pool looked refreshing and have several photo props setup on the grounds. The shuttles to the port in morning we're very organized by the roadway staff. I have no complaints (and I usually can find many) I do recommend Roadway if you're looking for an inexpensive way to stay overnight before your cruise instead of risking the chance of missing your cruise if your flight is delayed.

If I could give this rating a 0, I would. The poorest customer service Ive ever experienced. I would not recommend. My key card didnt work so I had to go back to the front desk three times. Id assume workers would offer another room, but they just kept giving me a key. No solution until I requested a new room. I paid extra for a shuttle to the beach and they ended up being 45 minutes late because we werent in their schedule. I really dont understand how a non-refundable payment in advanced is expected, but were not in the schedule. Our return shuttle was an hour and 15 minutes late. Every time we called, we were informed the same thing. We were told a shuttle was 30 minutes away. I had to call and check in for an ETA. Again, no solutions were provided. I had to find a solution to get what I needed. It feels like you have to do all the work to get what you need. No apologies, hardly any hospitable workers, no solutions for any issues we ran into.
