Food was great and the experience was excellent but the waitress, Jenny, kept bringing us bottled water instead of the glasses we asked for and then overcharged us for it without saying anything. It was really dishonest and she should have asked if we had originally ordered glasses or bottles. Not to mention, this is already an expensive experience and half the time we placed an order it didn't even come out. If the service had been a bit better I'd have given them 4 stars for sure. Disappointing that the waitress was so greedy and dishonest.

the owner forced me to pay her a tip she was constantly harassing me even in the bathrooms she followed me to let me know that tip was not included and then the food OHH dont get me started on the food the robot ran over my foot and Tried to tickle me 3 times 3 times it was crazy will never return again the young man was very helpful but the lady just no she even tried to lick me once or twice Wheelchair accessibility: they shamed me for having a 3rd leg

It's ok for what you would expect for a Hot Pot Meal. Be careful - although it's an all you can eat; you will be charged $18 per pound for any greedy food waste.
