I have been receiving physical therapy at the Paley Institute from Luisa Martinez, and I can't recommend her services enough! Luisa was fantastic! She provided clear and concise instructions on various aspects of pain management, including: * Home stretch exercises to improve flexibility * Pain-free sitting postures for better ergonomics * Proper lifting mechanics to prevent future injury Luisa didn't just tell me what to do, she showed me! She assisted me in different positions when necessary, ensuring I understood the exercises correctly. Additionally, she created a personalized list of exercises for me to perform at home after each session. Luisa was great at explaining the exercises and correcting any misconceptions I had about what I should be doing. This not only made the exercises more effective but also helped me understand the underlying reasons for my pain. Following Luisa's guidance and incorporating the exercises and mobility training into my daily routine, I'm happy to report that my overall pain has gradually subsided. They wanted $393 office co pay even though I have a BCBS gold plan. They wanted to charge me for X-rays too. Seems like a really annoying sales strategy - theyre like no one called you to tell you??

I went to Cantor Spine Center to get an injection procedure done with Dr. Chhatlani and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. From start to finish the entire staff was so welcoming and had such an inviting personality. It was my first time getting injections and they made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the entire procedure explaining exactly what was going on. Dr. Chhatlani and his team (especially Linda) are fantastic and I highly recommend this place! 10/10 experience.
