    Stay VERY CLEAR!!!! They are the biggest scammers I’ve ever dealt with!!! I’ve been in Real Estate for years! They passed the home and now everything is falling apart! They refuse to take responsibility of electrical volt issues they passed, flooded toilets they passed flooded sinks flooded refrigerator and I can go on and on!!! Then the guy tells us what did you do when we have been in the house only a few days!! Ya cause I want to break down things in my own home! Even the guy with him said there is a problem. Biggest scam company ever! The BBB and county and city needs to look into them! They shouldn’t even be in business!! We are now paying plumbers to fix things that are flooding the entire home cause they didn’t do their Inspections correctly!! Services: Sewer line scope, 11th month warranty inspections, Sprinkler system inspection, Lead-based paint testing, Mould sampling

    The company tried to sell me all kinds of different inspections stressing their benefits and assuring their effectiveness in discovery of issues prior to purchasing my home. I ordered a home inspection and a pool inspection. A little over one month, my 2017 AC motor stopped working and I had to bring in a cooking company. They told me that I needed a new motor. The inspection report showed no issues and showed the cooling system to be satisfactory. That’s not all, about two weeks after the home inspection, I got a call from the pool service company who notified that the Salt water sensor cell was not working and needed to be replaced. The home inspection reported no issues on the pool equipment. I spoke with Mr. Costa about my dissatisfaction and the two excuses given were: the inspection was done properly and with a quality professional and the other excuse was that the inspection purchase would not look into sensor operation and that the home inspection would not determine if the motor was defective or bad. Basically my home inspection money was invested in a company with low quality standards ,no accountability and poor customer service. I was promised “I can look if there is anything I can do for you but it is not fair that we are being blamed for these unfortunate happenings”.

    My wife and I had a great experience with Nick Bangor at House Master. We were first suprised by his young appearance, but his expertise soon became clear. He detected major roofing and electrical issues that we would have never caught. He also stood up to a realtor who tried to sugar-coat the roof issues with quick-fix ideas. Nick's inspection report was detailed and ended up saving us approximately $15K in roof repairs if we had purchased the home. The seller had recently repainted the roof to cover up major problems, but Nick saw straight through it. I would highly recommend House Master, and more specifically Nick Bangor. It is also significant to note that House Master refunded the extra $150 we had paid for a wind mitigation and 4-point inspection after we decided to rescind our offer to buy the house. We will continue to request that Nick conduct our home inspections until we find the correct property. Thank you, Jeff H.
