Worst experience ever. Owner lies - said job was complete and tried to get me to overnight payment when in fact the job hadn't even been started! The process was horrific - doesn't take calls, hangs up on you, threatens you, swears at you... etc. The job ended up getting done, but late. I would have gladly paid more for a normal business experience and process. Stay away.. save yourself some headaches and stress.

Do yourself a huge favor and just drive by this establishment. My order was delayed in getting delivered... Promises promises. When it was delivered over 60 pieces of tile were broken and it took Joe over two weeks to get my replacements which delayed my installation. I was told I would have two installers... One showed up... When I, asked both Joe and the installer, they both just said... oh? The installation was painful. Every day the installer complained about Joe screwing him about his fees and that he needed more money.. Every day I had to listen to him complain. He threatened to not show up and finish the job.. I felt like I was held a hostage and ended up paying him more money.. Working with Joe was a nightmare.. Save yourself the headache and not use this business.
