It's a lie, there are no discounts and they do not respect the tickets that are bought. finally they change them and they send you the ones you did not buy.
Hi Michelle, I'm not agree with your answer and with Policy Tickets at work, it's not just frustration is more than this IT'S A SCAM; in addition tickets sending to me are not my tickets, I'm not accept other tickets that I bought Section 131 Row 32.

They have expired tickets for sale on their website and won't refund you or help you to resolve it. They sold us tickets that are valid "Mon-Thurs until January 5" These tickets should be valid until January 2. No refund, no common sense from the employees, no remorse from customer service. We would be out $100 if it weren't for the common sense that the amusement park employee had. There was a $2 difference per ticket for the valid ticket. It should not be a problem to exchange. Whoever owns this company is a person with TERRIBLE MORALS AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS. If the employee on the phone, or his "ticketing team" had common sense, they would see that there should not be a salable ticket that is no longer valid. Very poor business ethics on the part of Tickets At Work. Sad that the employees are not empowered, nor want, to make ethical decisions.
