I purchased a ramp through the Walmart Marketplace who then ordered the product from Electriduct. Unfortunately I was not attentive to the description and the wrong width product was delivered, although it was what I ordered. I then reached out to Electriduct to inquire about return options, Walmart being one of them. Walmart refused to take the return, they did tell me they were sorry. So I reached back out to Electriduct and just like the first time, they were responsive and always polite. They made it clear they wanted my experience to be a good one, even though I needed to return an item. They assisted me every step of the way and were always helpful. In the future I will order directly from them, what a terrific team they have.

Great Customer service and always answers the phone. Heatshrink product sizes are based on finished diameter so measure what you have and order what you need!

Called Electriduct to get help with covering some wiring for remodeling purposes around my home. I wasnt sure what I was really in need of but thankfully Rafael, Sales Manager was great, friendly and extremely helpful to me. A definite plus was the Same Day shipping option. I will definitely recommend Electriduct to my Family and Friends. Thanks!!

Electriduct's return policy is the customer has to pay for shipping to the customer and shipping back to them if the product needs to be returned. It's better to use another dealer who doesn't require fees for a return, unless you are positive you will not have to return the item.
