They closed down a week ago and kept my clothes with no answers on the phone. I was instructed by the employee that I could call their number and they would arrange pick up . Just want someone or a phone number to contact . This is horrible!!! They have about 10 garments of mine worth about $800

Do not come here have been waiting for over 2 hours and they are not open. They have my suit and I have a wedding to go through tonight this is horrible.  Just sad that they are doing this to people

I have NEVER in my life been more disrespected by a staff member. Keith is the main guy during the day.  I was just in the Fort Lauderdale Location for the second time, giving them another chance after the first round of drycleaning had to be all sent back as 80% of the items were filthy. They put 5-8 staples through every ticket, they put safety pins RIGHT THROGH my silk dresses, making holes. It's absurd. Trying to get the tags off of my clothes with 8 staples, I pricked my finger dozens of times.So I told them my concerns they addressed the issues the 1st time. Today, November 7th, 2018 I went to get my items. Because of how bad the first time was, I inspected every item. 8/19 items were okay6 of the dresses were so bad I was going to just take them somewhere else. 5 had to be sent back THE ENTIRE TIME, Keith was so frustrated that nothing was clean he started swearing saying "just leave the f***ing s*** and i'll send it all back!He was so unprofessional and so irritated, I had had enough. Why are YOU upset?? I'm the one who's clothes are still filthy?! This is the second time now!! Why are you giving ME attitude?!!He was screaming and escalating the situation. Told me to get the hell out of the store! Said he was going to call the police. What a psycho. Never again.

Horrible Service. Horrible cleaning Job. Pictures don't lie. They bundle all your shirts together so they can cut costs and save on plastic bags??? When they bundle them it smashes the collars of supposedly a clean pressed shirt. See pictures below. Called not to complain but to see how in the future we could avoid this problem. I was told rudely that there is nothing that they can do about it. Huh? Seriously? The shirts don't looked pressed or clean but I paid for quality work and didn't receive. One suggestion.. the lady at the counter seems miserable so my advice is if your not happy and enjoying your work you owe it to yourself to find a job that makes you happy and want to be there. Your customers are suffering eventually your business will also. So sad.
