I would like to thank Darren for all his help and Dr. Alfonso for doing an outstanding job on my implants. My teeth look great and feel great. I would recommend this Dental practice to anyone. Also like to thank the rest of the staff. Everybody did a awesome job.

I had a stellar experience at Las Olas Family Dental. Leanne at the front desk provided exceptional service, and the dentists were fantastic, making my deep cleaning comfortable. I'll definitely continue coming here for my dental work. Five stars!

I recently was in dire need of dental work. I was refereed to Las Olas Family Dental by a friend. I was reluctant to go as over the years I have not had a very pleasant experience with dentist. My teeth therefore were in really bad shape. I was in a slight predicament where as I was being forced into having all of my teeth removed because of an upcoming medical procedure where my doctors were afraid that if they went ahead with the surgical procedure that I might get an infection in the area of surgery. Dr Sevel was so pleasant and professional when I went there that he put my mind at ease. He preformed the extractions in stages extracting my teeth over several weeks. I was amazed at the outcome. There was minimal pain after each procedure, barely any swelling and my mouth healed up just fine. His office manager Darren was also very pleasant and professional in my dealings with him. In fact the whole staff at Los Olas Family Dental were amazing throughout my dealings at the practice. Thank you Dr Sevel, Darren and all of the staff for you professionalism and making me feel relaxed and as comfortable as possible during this difficult time. I give the 1000 stars out of 5.

RETRACTION: I learned of this office from marketing material targeting people with Medicare Dental Plans. The with Title Line stated "40 YEARS EXPERIENCE". I met the Senior, Dr. Sevel who ordered X-rays, but gave me to Young, Dr. Alfonso who did the work and no way has the "40 years experience". On my first visit at the beginning of 2023, I saw a clean and neat office and was given the smooth niceties, Golden treatment and ASKED ME TO GIVE THEM A REVIEW upfront. I did give a good review based on the First Incoming Impressions. HOWEVER, they billed beyond my benefits in one day and asked me for a large payment directly from me upfront beyond my benefits. I was shocked. The front desk person would not explain what was Not covered, yet wanted money. They went after my Flex card for more money up front. Firstly, they had my Insurance Card info and and good Dental coverage long before my first visit. I was never given an estimate of services they ran up for themselves that apparently overage that was going to be charged to me personally and a pending claim Insurance Benefits. I was never given a receipt for what was they charged. After months of staying in touch with my Insurance company checking on the payment status where they had to go back and forth to get proper documentation from them for payment. They had never even had their own record of the flex card charge. The gaslighting over any of the Insurance and financial issues was a nightmare. But most important the painless work I wrote of turned out to be actually INFERIOR WORK. The two crowns that they wanted to do, though I thought I only needed one when I came in, were poorly shaped and most importantly, did not have proper closure at the gum line, leaving a gap for sensitivity and food to be trapped. Though I was sure something wasn't right, since there was also continued sensitivity, Finally, at the near End of this Year when the Insurance company got closure with them. I started with a new Dental Office where photographs taken to prove the crown work was inferior. I had to have both crowns remade with excellent results by another Dental Office. I have since learned of other victims who also had variations of these unscrupulous practices with their office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
