i dont doubt that mr martin roth is a great lawyer i came recommended by an old friend of his but his old partner (richard merlino) dropped my case and didnt followed up with the proper procedures to get my record sponged and a couple of years after the court approved the clear of my records mr martin l roth asked his paralegal (juliana marulanda) to do whats necessary to get those documents signed and ready to clear my record but i needed help paying the court fees to finally get my record clean because the procedure was a little complicated so mr martin l roth paralegal asked me to gave her the money to pay the court that she would do it also i was having issues with my landlord so she said she would help me with that as well so i gave her $1800 for all those situations first pay my court fees to clear my record and court help to deal with my landlord but as soon i gave her the money she disappeared answered the phone once saying that she got in a car accident and never answered my calls or text messages and hen i told mr, martin roth about the situation he said that there was nothing he could do about it all he could do is fired her and he did but when you call her number she still identifies herself as mr martin roth paralegal. mr martin roth says that im not the only person that came to him with similar situation but at the end of the day i cant get a good job because i still have a record that it was supposed to be cleared almost 6 years ago and now nobody is responsible ive been thrown around from one person blame the other but still got screwed.

I dont know where to start with my review of Martin , other than if youre looking for a lawyer that will always have your best interest at heart , look no further . I was referred to Martin by a friend of mine who had only great things to say about him , and now so do I . I was in a legal battle for close to 4 years on a drug charge , and Martin was with me every step of the way . He gave me the best possible advice in every decision making process for my case , he fought for me with every bit of .there is . Ultimately I was pleased with the outcome . I would highly recommend Mr.Roth if your looking for a charismatic lawyer who has truly mastered his craft who also has not left out to have compassion in such a cut throat business . Mr. Martin is the best of the best! If you are looking for a criminal lawyer, he is the best man for the job. Mr.martin exceeded our expectations and helped me and my sons with our case. we will forever be thankful to him and for his hard work.
