10 out of 10 should be the score I dont know all the names of the staff that work there but they deserve an A+ especially the main doctor thats going to upgrade my teeth I felt comfortable and at easy which make me feels Im in great hand now lets speak on TED you can say hes a super hero gave me the best finance option which I got approved for which I will recommend my family and friends you dont have to take my word but if you do decide to go ask to speak to Ted and watch how the doctor and Ted change your smile around #allgoldsteeth

OMG! I knew they were great because a very good friend of mine highly recommended the Florida Smile Studio to me. I did love their professionalism and kind ways. Topping their performance, they took the time to explain in extraordinary detail all my dental needs based on the ct scan placed in front of us. However, what I did not like is that Dr. Taskanak was simply "adorable", and in my mind I go to the dentist to suffer! Lol! THANK YOU, Florida Smike Group!

You are not allowed to think for a few minutesand/or ask questions when the Big Boss tell you the opposite of their ENDODONTIST who told me from the get go, I can save the tooth and it was approved for a crown. I even got the treatment plan for the tooth signed and everything. I brought that up when I finally met Burak and he said, no you needed extractionwhen I asked then why did the ENDO tell me a different story thats when he said I cant work with you and kicked me out. I had paid them $1250 for the root canalhe yells out give him a refund and left the room. This place was supposed to be cordial but if you dare to ask a question or ask about options or disagreeyou get the boot. I have a feeling it was personalI needed a minute (at least) to think about losing a tooth that the ENDO said in my previous visits with me that he missed something in the first part of the root canal and added more medicine and said I see you in a month (turned to 6 weeks) I wasnt given any antibiotics for the part he missed the first timeif they would have said you need an extraction from the startI would have been okay with it. But I was getting mixed messagesthe ENDO said he could save it and Burak said he wanted to rip it out 2 visits later. When I tried to have a conversation about itI was kicked me outhe had no patience for his patientstill I was going to agree to all of it but he is a doctor who you cannot ask questions regarding your teeth. I dont know what his problem was with me wasbut it was personal. I saw him for 5 minutes and thats how long it took for him to say I dont want to be your dentist go somewhere else. Again, he yells give him a refund and takes off. I wont 1 star it because of the other people there who were nice and cordial so I give them 5 stars. The ENDO missed something in my first visit but he got approval for the root canal and crown, I have proof. Then, the ENDO told me he missed something and added more medicine in the second visit and told me lets give the tooth some more time to heal but on my third visit, this was my first with the owner, the BIG DOG! apparently Burak said you now have a cracked canalwhich wasnt there in the first xray..so what happened?so those where my kind of questions. But this doctor cant handle a few questions or let a patient take a few minutes to talk about it. Thats not righthis practice left me with a half done root canal and kicked me out. It was literally his way or the highway! And he spent about 5 minutes with mehe didnt give me any time to process anything and discuss what happenedI think he knew someone screwed up and didnt want to deal with it. Again, 5 minutes or less and in a way he said I dont want to work with you because I wanted to talk a little before he ripped a tooth out of my mouth after I was told the opposite so I needed some clarification! Again, his way or the highway or he knew someone screwed up and quickly wanted out of the whole situationand I was going to say yes to the NEW treatment plan with him but he didnt give me a minute to process or discusshe just kicked me out after a refund (which was weird, less ties to his practice I guess, I didnt even ask for one)was I supposed to show up in a suit and kiss his ring? I never met the other dentists thereso I dont know them but maybe they would have given me a second to talk Is that what I did wrong??? I asked a few questionsI could tell he didnt like something about meI felt profiledit was like shut up and do what I sayI am and was so confused, I never had an experience like thatespecially from a doctor who is supposed to have great bedside mannerscomplete opposite with meyou ask him anything & you are told to leave in a wayshame, I was going to say yes but he didnt give me any time to processand say okay so after 5 minutes he kicked me out Wellyou can decide for yourself.CAVEAT EMPTOR!
