Horrible experience trying to speak to a person. The phone system seems to have an artificial intelligence that will run you in circles for hours.. If you have a choice avoid this company

Another terrible health company not telling you that their physicians are out of network which is hard to figure out since they treat you in a hospital "IN network". Then they try to collect 4 times the real amount due. Then they loose your payment and you need to spend hours on the phone asking them how can they loose an ACH transfer. Of course like in the 90's they ask you to "fax" the proof of payment. Make sure your anesthesiologist is not part of this TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I receive text messages from this company where they charge me money and I don't know what it is? I have never bought anything from them, now I see the reviews and I see that they are scammers. And I tried calling and they just say leave the number and they'll call me and they never call back.
