Salvage World

I bought a vehicle here and never got the vehicle. Wired them $16,000 and still haven't got the truck. That was 3 months ago now. I've tried and tried to get my vehicle, but now all I want is my money back, and they won't even do that. They have no integrity. They do not honor their own contracts.

No stars on this company. Customer Service is horrible. After bidding on a couple of auctions, I came to the understanding it is impossible to purchase a vehicle. Once you are the highest bidder on the site you will receive a phone call from a sales person telling you that the vehicle is listed at auction 200%300% above your highest bid. The auctioneer on the other side of the phone will try to convince you that you should raise your price to that level. Which happens to be the full wholesale value of a normal non-salvaged vehicle. After going though this a couple of times I asked for my deposit back. Which if you bid on a vehicle the salesman won't leave you alone. However, try to get your deposit back. This is just horrible company all around. Stick with ebay or in person local auction houses.

Bad review. Been cheated in our 950.00 dollar as deposit which suppose returned to me after paying the full amount of purchase but they do mot want give it back since 2013. I went to florida as tourist i tried to reach them by person appear to be the address is a mail box in ups office and customer srrvice is a company handle customer service of many company and refusing to give a direct phone number to salvage world company so all is about cheating taking ur money but No honesty .i hated all on line company now i do business with only reallocation and peoplenot online with donot know who isbehind the phone or what agenda in their pocket.
