This company is not treating Canadians with the same opportunity as Amwricans. I have the Mara fan which should be replaced under recall warranty. All home depot in Canada are currently curbside service. In the USA they will promptly replace the fan right away and for Canadians they tell us because they cannot incluse the propre hanger wire needed to with the fan for building code we must wait, and only able to return to home depot with the fan itself when the stores re-open. Customer service was atrocious and you have to wrap your hear around this company wanting to sale fans in Canada and expect the same customer experience. Far from it. I will be returning the fan, get my full refund and never buy a fan made by this company again. Keep in mind when they sale you the fan in Canada the wire was included.
