Dr Jay is a Master when it comes to relieving pain and getting your body back to maximum health through all of the different Healing Arts of Chiropractic Medicine! I went to him after going to Orthopedic Specialist, Pain management Centers, Acupuncture Doctors when NONE of them were able to help my back pain. Dr Jay was the only one who was able to give me 100% total relief which lasted. He is also kind and compassionate and has many techniques to give you relief not just adjustments!!! He is the best!

Dr Tosh is a steady, listening, discerning, gentle, presence and is specific in his adjustments and I'm grateful he was recommended to me by my excellent massage therapist for chiropractic.  I highly recommend him. He offers choices for how one would feel most comfortable in being adjusted, and mostly I feel he listens with his ears and hands. Very professional and the office is clean, Ray is helpful and welcoming and it is a great find.  Don't hesitate to make a connection here.

Dr Jay takes his time to explore everything that might be causing my discomfort. Unlike other Chiropractors I have been to he does not use the generic adjustment methods Dr.Jay individualizes his treatment for the individual not the masses. As an added plus he listens to you
