I purchased a cell phone cover ($19.99) and a screen protectore ($8.99) on Novermber 30, 2012. Approximately 3 days later, the cell phone cover became defective and after 8 days, the screen protector started peeling off. Due to a combinatuion of being out of town and foot surgery, I was not able to return to their kiosk until December 17th, at which time the representative, Vanessa, repeatedly advised me of the 7 day return/exchange policy. I asked to speak to a manager, and , of course, she was the manager. I advised her that i was not looking for my money back, but only to exchange my defective case for a better product and to have them replace my screen protector. I have emailed the company twice and as of yet have not received a response. This company does not stand behind the products they sell. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
