I ordered a suit top from the white dress bridal. I paid over the phone and not once I was told the sale was final nor was I given a receipt. After picking the jacket up from the store the next day I changed my mind and wanted to return it, they refused to accept the return. I called several times to complain, After my third time calling they said we were harassing them and when I asked for the receipt they hung up in my face. To make the situation worst when I went to a different similar tux store the reps there told me that the tux I ordered comes with pants and that brand does not sell the tux without pants. So not only they refused to return my item they also robed me.

Lauren was phenomenal and such a delight to work with! She really tried to ensure that the bride was able to get her gown in a timely manner being a destination bride! Thank you so much!

After telling the consultant I wanted a dress w/ sleeves she still decided to show me a bunch of strapless dresses, I picked one out and explicitly told them I wanted to add sleeves to it. No problem, they said. Brides do it all the time. Next fitting, they gave me crap about it making me feel guilty for it, when they previously told me the exact opposite. Gave me attitude about not bringing heels to my fitting when I CLEARLY told them I'm wearing flats in my ceremony and I didn't need heels. When I got the dress before my wedding, it wasn't even finished!! Opened the dry cleaning bag to find the sleeves unstitched. Brought it back. Opened the bag again to find my veil missing. Went back again. This place is a mess and I don't recommend it unless they get different staff.

They have a smaller assortment of dresses then most stores we went to. Their prices are reasonable and they carry some different, but very cool options. The staff was very friendly. I would recommed this place.

7/8/17 Store is closed, signs removed and empty inside. If you use the "Book Now" button on the website you can still make an appointment with the computer system and get a confirmation email/text but you won't really have one when you show up. We showed up and neighbors of the store said it had been closed for 2.5 weeks since then. Good luck to the all the bridal parties out there, we had heard good things so we hope they handle their farewell matters similarly.
