Hey everyone, Rob's Autobody is a really cool shop. They are friendly and do great work. The first thing they say to you is "We work for you!" Whenever the insurance is playing games with you, these guys help you navigate it. I was really appreciative of their help as I was trying to get the damage repaired on my Mazda CX-5

Customer beware!! All I can say is that these guys are crooks. I had them paint and install the right side fender on my 2012 Mazda 6. Don gave me a price and we setup the date to do it. Once I got the car back I noticed that the paint jobs had issues. I brought it back the next day, Saturday, and talked to Rob. He's the owner. Before he even came out to see, he said he already knew the issues. I showed Rob and he apologized. He said that Don was suppose to tell me that I needed to bring the car back to finish it because the paint was still too wet too buff. Rob told me not to worry, and that he would "never" let a job go out unfinished and apologized. I told him I would bring it back next Saturday so he could finish it. Rob said ok. He was very nice and professional so I told him that I would like to replace my headlights. Rob said it would be around $100 because they had to drop the bumper and I already had the lights. I agreed and we shook on it. I felt relieved and went home. After having to reschedule for 4 weeks because of issues they were having, I started to worried. I decided to give them a chance, things happen. Driving there that Saturday, 4 weeks after I first picked up the car, I was worried the work wouldn't get done. But when I got there they were ready for my car like Rob promised. But when we talked, Don said that the $100 price Rob gave me for the lights wasn't enough. They talked about it for a moment so I knew Don was going to raise the price. I didn't have a problem with it because Rob said around $100. Don called to tell me it was now $185, and the car was done. I wasn't happy about it, but I still paid. The lights looked great. Made the car look new. But the fender, none of the issues were talken care of. I checked the lights, but they weren't adjusted. One light beam was way up and the other was way down. I went inside to inform Rob. I showed him the light beam directions against the wall and he said it was hard to tell in the daytime. He said to drive it at night and let him know where to adjust the lights to. Rob said it was an easy fix. Then I showed him the fender. He said that the issue was in the clear cote and that he could fix it. When I dropped off the car I asked for a quote to repainting the car. He said it didn't need it. He said it needed to be detailed, buffed, and polished. Then he could just touch up the little dings and dents to where you couldn't notice then. So when I picked up the car and showed him the fender he told me he'll fix it when I it bring for the touch ups. I called a few days later to let him know where I need the lights to be adjusted. I also asked if he could fix the fender now because I didn't know when I would be able to do the rest of the work. That's when everything went downhill. To this point Rob was always nice and professional. But when I asked him to fix the fender he started talking about how he only charged me for a basic paint job and that it wouldn't be prefect. That the lights were a pain to install. I told him nobody ever mentioned this were when I initially picked up the car and showed him the issue. I also reminded him of what he said when he apologized about Don. Rob ended up saying to bring the car in Saturday, 5 weeks after first picking it up, so he could adjust the lights, and see if he could fix at least the bottom of the fender. I bring the car in Saturday. He says let get those lights adjusted. Then I tried to talk to him about the fender. I got 2 sentences in before he walked off. When I followed him into the shop he started raising his voice, and cursing telling me that I didn't pay for a perfect paint job, and that he would never work on my F-ing car again. We went back and fourth for a bit and then he left the shop. I went to talk to Don and he tried to hind in the office. I followed him in and he cursed at me. I told him if he could at least get Rob to adjust the lights. Don said that I only paid the have the lights installed but not adjusted. To Google it or check YouTube. I wasn't going to raise my voice and go back and forth with an elderly person so I just left. People please never get your car worked on by these people. They don't stand by their own word or work. They try to bait and switch you. They are all nice and professional when your giving them money but A-holes when they need to fix their mistakes. I was going to bring them more work, so I'm glad they showed their true colors as crooks before I did. This body shop is full of con-men who will take advantage of you so go else where to get your work done. You'll save yourself time and money in the long run. I'm sure now that at some point I'll have to get all the work they did redone. If I could leave less then a star I would.

Go to Rob to get your hazy headlights cleared. I went to him for two vehicles so far and he's fast, good and the haze never comes back. I've had it done with another place in the past and the haze came back. Not with Rob. Rob's work is great. Plus he's a very nice guy.
