If you are a Condominium Association beware of billing practices. Please check ALL invoices for questionable charges. Young Martin will accept calls and gladly bill hours to the Association when they should be charged to the INDIVIDUAL requesting his legal opinion. Young Martin will also do the bidding of incompetent Property Managers for a price (billable hours). However, instead of informing the Property Manager that he will be working for that he will be billing the Property Manager he unethically bills the Condominium Association which are run by Board Members who fail to review his invoices. Young Martin’s biggest concern is billable hours NOT the financial best interest of his client, especially if it is a legal entity like a Condominium Association. I must warn all potential clients to be wary of Young Martin and review your invoices carefully.
