        Consider choosing another place to live. We were enchanted at first, with service that seemed to be among the best. However, as soon as the problems started to arise, the headache began. Lack of professionalism and courtesy from the leasing office staff. I heard horrible things that could have been taken further, but I'll summarize it here in just one sentence: Avoid it. We suffered from infiltration in our apartment for over a year without any definitive solution. Mold and mildew, until we had to leave by breaking the contract because there was no solution. For those living at Pearl Flagler or considering moving in, if you encounter any issues, I recommend directly contacting the managers at the Morgan Group through the website (Tierra). It was the only way we got better attention because if we had relied on the leasing staff, we would still be without a solution.

        Ive absolutely loved my time living at Pearl Flagler Village. It is a fabulous location, has top-notch amenities, and the leasing and maintenance team respond in a timely manner. Jeana, the leasing agent, always answered every question and helped tremendously. I have no complaints and would recommend this apartment complex.
