Dell Heatrix

Experienced the worst customer service when i called in. Spoke to a man and woman and they were both incredibly rude to me, yelling and screaming over the phone at me. As a design engineer who has already used their equipment on a project, I wish i could return the equipment or even better I wish I had never heard of their company in the first place. Word to the wise for all designers and contractors, don't use their equipment because they are a terrible and useless company who provides low quality equipment with even worse support and customer service.

Owners are rude. I called for parts for one of my units and was told I needed a new unit and they would not sell me just the part I needed. Worst customer service. If I could put zero stars I would.

Horrible experience with this company . I own a service company and had a customer with a Dell Heatrix unit looking for parts. I Spoke to one of the owners at Heatrix asking if they had the part and was quickly told I would need to have the whole unit rebuilt. When I asked if the part was available I was told that they would not sell me parts just a new unit. The tone of voice was rude. If the parts were simply no longer available that would have been fine for him to tell me (I understand they discontinue parts, I deal with that every day!), but instead he was very unprofessional with the way he handled the situation.
