The phlebotomist was very good and professional.

I waited an hour and 15 minutes to see him because they were running way behind. I am sorry he's claustrophobic, but I don't agree with him needing to have the door open to the patient exam room. Everyone else can hear your business! Terrible bed side manner! He was extremely rude. Very abrupt. I had to see him because Dr Weliever (my doctor) hasn't received her credentials from my insurance company yet. He didn't even introduce himself on my first visit. Just came in the room and asked "What do you want me to do for you?" When I explained why I was there he cut me off and said "Yeah, I know why you're here, What do you want me to do for you?" I explained that the antidepressant I was prescribed by Dr Weliever wasn't working and he said "Well I don't have some magic pill for you. What you need is behavioral health." And then he went on to say that my depression was probably being caused by something going in in my life like a bad home life!" Excuse me, but depression doesn't work that way, it's caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. And I definitely don't have anything wrong with my home life. He ended up reluctantly prescribing me a different medicine, but you can be sure I will NEVER go back to him.
