This practice in Palm Coast is absolutely amazing and Dr. Emily Ernst is a treasure!! I am a ballet dancer and teacher and I was so grateful to go to a doctor who speaks my language. She expertly diagnosed by broken pinkie toe, joint, and overstretched ligament after her amazing team took X-rays of my foot- helping me navigate the crutches. The X-rays were taken in the beautiful office at the time of appointment. No waiting on X-ray results and reports, she did it all, with a smile! She explained the kind of break and how it happened, and why the ball of my foot was so swollen. She helped me come up with a plan for recovery, explaining how to regain strength and mobility and how my body will react to being reintroduced to movement... she hopes to get me back in pointe shoes in a few weeks- the next X-ray will be on pointe! The entire staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful, I will recommend this practice and this doctor to everyone I know and all the dance students at The Dance Company!

First visit with a podiatrist ever. Dr. Ernst was great. Eased a lot of my concerns. Very professional and congenital.

Dr. Jackson is the absolute best. He has a great bedside manner. He is also a great doctor if you need a podiatrist he is your man.

First visit I was overcharged by the person at the front desk. I have the best insurance you can get and met all deductibles but she still overcharged me using an itemized list. When I called to question these charges the same person at the front desk told me dont tell me how to do my job. Called the office manager Stacy who said she would take care of it. Called the billing office for two weeks and never got through to the person that handles their accounts. I was always told to leave a message and they would get back to me but never did. Called my insurance company and apparently they had no issue talking to the person that was always too busy to take my call. Went back for a second visit and the same person at the front desk tried to overcharge me again. I told her she owed me money which she looked up and verified but stated the office manager never spoke with her. Called the billing office back as instructed by my insurance company and got the same runaround that Christy was not available. At this point I said I was contacting an attorney. Finally I was able to speak with someone that said they are taking care of it. Canceled my next appointment and will never return to this business.
