I totally agree with other reviews. Floyd is an amazing man. I called him when my well pump didn't work. He was so kind, helping me over the phone. I highly recommend Floyd and his company.

Amazing! We bought our house 3 yrs ago. Our well broke down last week and we noticed a sticker with the Goodall number. We called and Floyd was there to the rescue. When he came over, he immediately remembered the well and told us that was his baby, which he and his dad built 25yrs ago. Wow! We talked and learned all about him. He is a humble, honest, hard working man who loves his Dad and his job so much! From that point on, Floyd became a member of the family. As Floyd worked on our well, my mail man drove by and began inspecting the Goodall truck and eagerly looking around..when he notices Floyd from a distance away they both greeted each other with hands in the air. My mail man yelled "you remember me?" Floyd replied, "of course I do" there faces elated ...A blast from the past. His well too was built by the Goodalls over 25yrs ago. Well, that should say enough as to the reputation of the Goodalls. The name says it all! Amazing man!
