Crystal Inn Motel Fanning Springs

This is an update to my original review. The OYO booking website charged me about $20 more than the advertised rate BUT about a week after my stay the error was corrected. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The TV worked great as did the air conditioning. I did not use the Wi-Fi so I don't have anything to say about it. This is a renovated OLD "Motor Court" the building was built when people were much smaller. I am 5 foot 5 inches and everything was "a tight fit" from the door to the bathroom to the clearances between the fixtures in the bathroom and the shower was compact. If you are a large person stay somewhere else.

They tell you no refunds at check in for a reason, as soon as you get to the room it's awful the ceiling is cracked and puttied over. The walls in the bathroom are almost collapsing, there are roaches. Prices indicate 68$ online but they charge over 70$ will never go back

Very poor customer service, small rooms, strong smell of incense. Rude, prices advertised change when you get there to check in. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Horrible hotel, shower head barely at 5 ft, roaches in the bathroom and either the microwave or fridge was shocking me as i walked past. I can rent from a hole in the wall spot but never again from here. This place was horrible. Never again.

This is the worse motel I have ever stayed at! Completely smelled, the tv didn’t work, no wi-fi and cost over $80! There were multiple bugs in the room as well. I ended up staying in another hotel in Chiefland because it was so bad even though I had paid for the room. The only acceptable response from management will be an offer to refund my money. Anything else is unacceptable.
