Hello, Im a 64 year old mother and grandmother on a very limited income and Ive been trusting bay pharmacy with my prescriptions over the years. Ive been wondering why my insurance hasnt been covering my thyroid medication and a few others so I gave my insurance company a call this morning especially since my income is very low and found out that bay pharmacy hasnt ran my prescription through my insurance company and they were just charging me out of pocket and wouldnt even except a discount card. Ive contacted a attorney about this but if anyone else is hearing these same things you should definitely look into it because I was shocked to find out Ive been lied to by the people Im supposed to trust with my medications.

I've never been to a more crooked pharmacy. I have insurance and I'm a cancer patient as well and my scripts are free. Every month I go into Bay pharmacy and they Try and charge me hundreds of dollars for prescriptions my insurance cover. This last month they did the same exact thing with my prescription trying to charge me 197.00 and when I explained to them again my insurance covers it the main pharmacy tech came over and said my insurance would not except it this month so I immediately said to him I was gonna call my insurance company right then and find out why because I knew he was not being truthful. He asked me not to do that and then the pharmacy ran it thru my insurance. If you have insurance and this pharmacy is telling you it's not covered they are lying to you and they are ripping off hard working people. I've never seen anything like it before in my life. Just wanted to give good people a heads up.

Best pharmacy on the planet! ... These folks make you feel like family, like the good ole days when doctors made house calls!! They are extremely attentive to your needs and always accommodating!!! You are not just an Rx number... Always friendly & personable in store and over the phone!
