    When you deal with a small Local Business, you receive great and very personalized service. Yes, communication is via email, but communication with the technician is direct. What I love about A-1 Service is that I don't have to be there for the servicing. Since I live in a safe community, I leave my mower out, then Obie proceeds with the maintenance. I pay online and everyone is happy. Obie will call for questions and approvals of additional unforeseen repairs (a good practice and appreciated). In other words, no surprises ... just a job well. Throughout our interactions, we made sure to thoroughly discuss our pricing structure, and it's important to note that this remained consistent with what was explained during the scheduling process. We wanted to ensure complete transparency, which is why we took the time to go over the details with you on multiple occasions before confirming your appointment. We specifically asked if there were any questions or concerns regarding pricing, and your acknowledgment of the minimum charges indicated your understanding.In your scheduling request, you mentioned the issue with the new belt falling off, which your son attempted to repeatedly fix unsuccessfully: "I need the belt put back on, my son put on the belt and it's fallen off three times." Based on this information and your request for reinstallation, you were scheduled for a Customer-Provided Belt re-installation. Unfortunately, upon our assessment during today's appointment, we discovered that your recurring problem stems from an incorrect belt being installed on your mower. The correct belt for your unit is not common stock for A-1 Best Service; in fact, this particular belt hasn't been sold across our database (spanning thousands of customers) in over four years.
