        Unlike most online inquiry follow ups, Lyssa with Ted Todd Agency did not pester me. She was always courteous, returning calls as asked, and answered questions . Once I had a policy there was a follow up call from her and then another associate. I appreciate that they value my time

        Although no one is happy with the price hikes and cancellations of home insurance in this area, I think it may be a blessing in disguise since I found Ted Todd insurance. Very helpful and responsive! I moved car insurance over to their care as well!
