Called several places and got the run around. Found Park Hopper on the web. Called and spoke with Joe. I explained my problems and he said he would come out as it was not an emergency in 3 days. He called as he said he would,and came out. Has my problems fixed in less than an hour. Best call L ever made. Joe is a great guy, and knows his stuff. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone. Joe has tremendous depth of knowledge and the soul of a teacher. We have been a full time RV family for 4 years and I do most repairs myself because it is easier than leaving our home in "the shop" waiting for someone else to fix it. While on vacation in central Florida, we needed a slide topper installed and decided to have a professional do it so that we could relax and enjoy the weather. On our drive into the Orlando area we called 3 other mobile RV repair companies and each one was booked for more than a month out (we were only in the area for 2 weeks). On our fourth try we called Park Hopper and they were available THE SAME WEEK! Unfortunately, when we arrived at our campground later that day our slide room would not fully extend. I knew this was far from a simple slide awning install so I called Joe back and he said he would take a look when he arrived for our appointment. When he arrived, he impressed me with his knowledge about how our slide system worked and what it would take to fix the issue (a new gear to fix broken teeth and a slide adjustment would do the trick). In addition, he answered a lot of "odds and ends" questions that I had while he was on site. Park Hopper doesn't charge a markup on parts and told me exactly which gear I needed (he sent me the Amazon link). The gear was delivered AFTER we had to leave our campground in Clermont and we moved north to Eustis. ...so what did these guys do? They met up with us at a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CAMPGROUND over an hour away just to finish the job! On a rainy day, Joe and Donnie arrived and had the tools and know-how to get the slide room fixed (and still kept answering all of my questions about random RV topics. They know their stuff!). Joe has more than a decade of experience and received his education in the factories of Jayco, Keystone, and more. Whenever I have repairs I can't do, I will try to save them for when I'm in Florida so that I can have Joe and his team help out. It seems that if you want it done right (and right where you are!), then hire these guys. Bravo.

We have a 2020 class A Rv. With an air conditioner problem. Called Joe set up an appt for Friday at 100. At 1130 my husbands phone rings with a females name so we thought spam. Later find out it was Joe. He left no message. He had showed up at 1130. And we had ran out planning to be back at 100. So we get back and wait around he never shows of course so my husband called him finding out that he was here an hour an a half early. Ok reschedule he comes out never going up on the roof and says its the compressor so he supposedly called an Rv place and he said they had the part. He would come out Monday now. Monday he texts that he has an emergency customer will be here soon. Hours go by we text him get excuses finally at 300 he says hes an hour away. He shows up without the part and a joe home owners ladder that would have damaged our Rv if he we let him lean it against it. My husband told him to leave after we have sat around waiting for days while in fort wilderness canceled park reservations etc costing us money!!!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional also throws his ladder in his truck before leaving. Would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Joe is a Master Certified Technician and owner of this mom/pop business. He is young but has a world of knowledge about RVs. He is honest, straightforward and cares about his clients. We had 2 estimates for our large slide out which was taking on water underneath our topper. Everything from replacing the topper to replacing the seals with estimates up to $2,000. Joe took a look and explained that our seals were good, the topper is not made to be water proof and no need to replace it. Simple solution was to lift the front jacks an inch higher to let the rain water slide off the slide out. Service charge was less than the other guys and extremely reasonable. We made a new friend and wish his family well as they establish their new business. Joe does not disappoint and guarantee you will learn something new about your RV from Joe!
