AWESOME!! Connie Nowell is the BEST!! We were in a terrible situation with a previous agent for a year, trying to sell my mother's condo after she passed. Connie was recommended to us and immediately assessed the situation. She knew the right people to fix the mess the previous agent left and at a reasonable price too. Constant no nonsense communication with practical solutions for issues. Great sense of being taken care of. With her at the helm, we were under contract very quickly! With a global pandemic no less! Finding somebody to buy my home I thought I was going to have a very stressful time doing that, I came across Wayne and Connie and I was so pleasantly pleased at the quickness of the sale of my home to them, actually I didn't have to do anything but accept the check from them! When looking for real estate agents I didn't want to have to go into all the hassle of closing costs having only so many days to move out and wanting to get rid of it quickly not wanting to have viewings, or people in and out of my house. They give me a most generous offer and they are so good to work with. If you're looking for somebody to buy your home these are the two power people are the one's you need to get in contact with, they make the process so stressless and I don't have to worry about a thing I would recommend these two to anybody and I have recommended them.Two thumbs up to making a stressful situation into something enjoyable!

My dad passed away at the end of March and my siblings and I were not sure how we wanted to handle the sale of his home. As I was going through my dad's belongings, I found a flyer from SWFL Homes. Their flyer explained everything they do to help the family through the probate process. So, we decided to contact them. Connie and Wayne were very kind and understanding. They explained how they can help us through this difficult time. They gave us a fair offer on the house and we closed the next week, which was our choice. The process was quick and easy. They even helped take care of the furniture and belongings left in the house that were not wanted. They were so easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely would use them again. They will not let you down.
