Dont use this guy! Warning! Dont use this guy! Jon almost hit 2 children by speeding in our neighborhood. Jon came out of his vehicle and threatened one man saying he would kill him. Jon tired to fight this man many times but the guy stood his ground. Sheriffs came out and sorted out the issue and found Jon was in the wrong. Jon also lied about having an injury which he faked. Video was taken which shows him not injured and the Sheriffs didnt believe him. Jon acted extremely violently and was out of control. Dont use this guy! Warning! Dont use this guy!

Wonderful!!! My carpets and tile look better then ever. The guys name was Steve, I think. (bad memory) He was prompt, I mean on the dot 10:00, which is when the appointment was for (no waiting for a hour) very professional and super kind. He put up with me which is saying something, I like things done in a particular way and he didn't get frustrated or edgy not once. Where others have and I'm not horrible just a little picky. I asked if he could do a little more in the kitchen after he was already finished and he had no problem doing so even did the whole kitchen over again with a smaller tool to get what I wanted. Helped me move furniture so he could get underneath. As well as pulled the carpet up to check for mildew as we have had some random leaks come up through the carpet in one of the rooms. Over all extremely pleased and would recommend. Will be using them again.
