I was quoted a price for tree trim and clearing an area. Workers came out and trimmed my tree. When they finished, the crew chief told me another crew would come back and clear that other area and another person would come by the collect for the tree job. Caleb Thielen, owner, did not come back with a crew. He lied to me just to get the tree trimmed. I called over 10 times and also texted him and he never returned my call. This man is not a man of his word. Service: Tree transplanting

Sorry but when I see company employees getting in a company truck with a case of beer ,from the 711 in winterhaven at 1230 in the afternoon it makes me wonder about company policy and integrity. 04/02/2021

Never heard back from the representative after I had an issue with a stump I had the company grind when I had a tree removed. It was a big tree and roots, so $700 seemed fair. A moderate portion of the stump was left afterwards, which the representative said if any was left, they would be back to complete the job, so I felt comfortable with that. I called the company representative who I had worked with to see when they would be back out to finish. I was texted a very rude response. I was taken back because I had simply asked a question and had great repore with him during the job. I never heard back from the representative after that. I ended up having another company finish the job. NOTE: the rude representative was NOT Caleb, the owner. Caleb was always respectful in our conversations, but one negative employee can cast a shadow over a business with great potential and and a great owner. Good luck to you, Caleb.
