We hired Charlies Wells to fix our leak in the sprinkler system that was under our sidewalk. They worked non stop, found the problem came up with the solution and had it repaired completely in 3 hours! They are professional, hardworking, respectful and diligent! I would HIGHLY suggest you gave them a call for ALL your irrigation needs!

I recently had some work done by this company to find out why my irrigation timer was not working. After multiple visits, they found out that the wires needed to be replaced which they did but not the way they had described. (I was on vacation when they came out the final time.) I wanted confirmation on what had been done and why so I scheduled a visit from the owner. I have to say I was totally taken aback with his attitude and how rude he was and not at all professional. As he was leaving, he clapped his hands like I'm outta here and I don't have to deal with you anymore. Certainly not what you would expect from the owner who might like to have repeat business from either me or my neighbors. The only positive note is the girl that answers the phone and does billing was the sweetest ever. If I could, I'd leave 0 stars.
