        Totally worth it!!! We saw dolphin, and every worker related to this ferry trip were helpful, pleasant, and fun. Great price point too. Definitely recommend!

        The Caladesi Ferry takes you from Honeymoon Island State Park to Caladesi Island State Park, and departs hourly all year, beginning at 10 am, with half-hour departures.  The captain and staff on the ferry were pleasant and personable.  They were also prompt on departure to and from Caladesi Island which was nice.  If you haven't been to Caladesi Island, I highly recommend visiting!  It's a beautiful island - one of the few untouched islands along the Gulf.
