We used to use Chem "Dry" exclusively and our carpets looked clean, Dry and new when finished. Recently on 2/29/2020 they came out to clean our carpets and it was a disaster, 1st they were about 35 minutes late, NOT A PROBLEM, the guy was nice and called ahead, things happen. 2nd the pre-stain apparently doesn't pre wash the area as good. 3rd the carpets were SOAKED, SOAKED from a CHEM "DRY" company. 4th, it took over 5 hours for carpets to dry and that is AFTER he called the owner to let him know we were not happy. It appeared that the dirt was spread around with a ton of water and soaked our carpets. 5th they are still TRYING to reschedule us to redo one room only! Lastly they are using "THE NEWEST" technolgy "Basically it is just STEAM CLEANING". DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST CALL THE OTHER COMPANIES THAT ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO "STEAM CLEAN"; at least they actually tell you that is what they are doing! Oh, by the way all this and I had an open house right after they "cleaned" my carpets! Ugh! SMH!
