        I asked the lady at the front desk for 2 towels she replied for what when I stated my shower was full of mold and hair she proceeded to ROLL HER EYES, SIGH, and tell me she could only give me SOILED TOWELS for floor use. Excuse me?! I argued for 15 minutes before she gave me a random towel to avoid stepping in literal pubic hair and fungus. Awful situation. Very dirty, which I tried to remedy myself before these people got rude. The customer service is non existent and I was given no options to sort this out. She blamed me because she asked how things were on my way out a few hours earlier (which I felt I could just ask for an extra towel) they also charge you an extra $16 for room amenities and the arcade Im not here to play arcade games and my room has hair and mold. Im furious.
