Called because the well they installed 5 years ago quit working when yard flooded. They sent a tech all rhe way from Clearwater to look at it same afternoon. It was electrical failure needed 220v and was getting only 110v. Recommended an electrician to call and to tell them Rogers recommended them. Due to that, the electrician came out at suppertime to test lines (1 leg had dropped power underground), ran a temporary line so we had water for the night.
That is looking after your customers!!!!!!!!
2nd Review on 8/19/21 well had less than 30 psi pressure. Called Rogers Well Drilling (original Installer) and Kelly promptly answered phone. Explained problem and she said she would send out repair person late afternoon as soon as they were free working on strawberry farm pump. RJ called and said he could be out in 15 minutes later that afternoon. He arrived and diagnosed problem - possible impellor issue on submersible pump. He told us to shut off electric to water except to shower, except to prevent pump from being further damaged. He said they would return first thing in morning to pull pump.
Arrived at 8:15 AM as promised. They pulled 60 ft well by hand so they would not have to drive heavy truck across back yard. Found out problem was not worn impellor but hole in well pipe. Replaced section of pipe and installed larger water tank (going bad) and pressure switch at my request while they on site. Ants love the getting inside the electric pressure switch and shorting it out. Completed in 2 hours! All for the price quoted!

After calling 18 different companies on a Saturday morning, Zach was one of only 3 companies that returned my call or text. His service guy showed up quickly and had our well running in a half hour. Price was right and they were very professional. Will recommend them to others!

I contacted Rogers Well Drilling today to come out and take a look at my well specifically my pressure switch. They were out at my house to diagnose the problem within a few hours and replaced it. While looking at my system they diagnosed the water tank as needing replaced. I had already been looking at replacing it. They got my system running and told me that they will be back with a new tank. They came back later tonight and worked until about 8 30 pm just to get my house fully fixed for the holidays.
I just moved down here with my wife and didn’t know anyone. So I’m glad I found a Great well company to work on my house. I would highly recommend Rogers to anyone that needs well assistance!
