My son has been going to this school to learn self defense and I am proud of the development in his skills as taught by his instructor, Mr. Anta. Even my husband is taking self defense classes. The atmosphere is not for the weak hearted. Theyre churning out little soldiers in this place. In my opinion, thats what this world needs right now. Continue your great work Mr. Anta. Thanks for all you do!

I enrolled my son in this martial arts school at the beginning of this year, and he has learned to defend himself and not only just that, he has learned to maintain self-discipline, great environment!

I've been part of the Antas Fitness and Self-Defense family for over 5+ years, and the experience has been outstanding. The instructors are remarkable, offering expert guidance all kids could benefit from. My son has grown immensely in skill and confidence, and I've personally benefitted from the diverse activities offered as well. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, making every session enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch martial arts training in Doral.

First bad review ever, as a new guy that had to pay the first classes, just to TRY them, only with one class they showed me that there is not discipline, kids on the team of adults making jokes and noises while training, not a proper trainer as a instructor more knowing that plus me was another newer with me , no warm up, no words from the master to me , just go there with a bunch of kids making jokes and injure yourself!!!

Mr Antas is the best teacher, his classes are excellent, he always teaches us discipline, camaraderie.
In Muay Thai classes with kickboxing you learn a lot, you learn self-control, you are very communicative, understanding.
Mr Anta is a person with a good sense of humor, in the classes he teaches there is always good energy, you learn from mental control and body control.
