        Terrible service, 3 hours in the place, for a directed menu, hot water to drink and to finish the bill they add taxes, fee x credit card to that they take about 20% and call it service charge and also tip

        The service was terrible, first on a Saturday during busy times, a single person serving without any experience as a waitress, when serving carpaccio you could see through it without any dressing, then a pasta that they had to prepare inside the parmesan that you don't see, Incidentally, cook the pasta poorly and to finish with your Bad service, they include a tip that you don't deserve. The only thing they have left is the name but they have nothing to do with the positanoMUCH TO WISH

      Hello Mr. Eduardo, we apologize to you for the inconvenience caused. I am very sorry that on Valentine's Day you had this inconvenience. Unfortunately it is true that this day the restaurant was very full.
      I want to clarify that the service charge does not require another tip since this is a service charge that is distributed among all employees.
      Once again I apologize and I hope you give us other opportunities to serve you as you and all clients deserve.
