        As an investment, a very bad option, many hidden expenses that will make your wonderful investment not perform. Very high real estate tax, a month of vacancy every time the tenant changes until the consortium approves the new tenant (crazy), high expenses, high and mandatory guarantee fund to allow you to rent the property, etc. You have to analyze everything because the properties do not give a good return if they are for rent.

        I am the owner and the only problem I have is that the owners rent to people who, since it is not theirs, do not take care of it and destroy things. The administration should put cameras in common places and charge fines now that there are no more buildings. It is really beautiful, apart from no I see no other problems and I am very happy I purchased a unit
