This was my wife's second cruise. Royale Caribbean was her first. I love to cruise. After our cruise on Carnival Magic, my wife says we are never cruising again. We had the Bottomless Bubbles package but it would take 15 to 20 minutes to get a soda. All the lines were in the main walkway. The bathrooms were hard to find and very far away. I hope she changes her mind buy as for now it looks like no more.

Am so disappointed! Carnival Cruise advertise they take care of military but when I asked about the military discount and it was about $20 off of $3000. Less that 1%. If you don't want to give a discount, don't, but to offer a $20 discount in downright disrespectful! Will take my business somewhere else!

Let me say I am completely dissapointed with the lack of customer service from Carnival Cruise Line. Myself and My boyfriend was schedule to depart on March 23,2024 for the eastern caribbean Cruise leaving from Miami, sailing to Grand Turk, Nassau, Princess Cay Bahamas and then Back to Miami. We bought these tickets from last year. The Monday March 25th was my boyfriend's birthday so this would be our first cruise ever so we were more than looking forward to creating some beautiful life long memories aboard the Carnival Sunrise. Now unfortunately it poured down raining the Friday before the cruise and several of the rooms were completely flooded. No one from Carnival told us anything, we were not notified by enail absolutely nothing until after we arrived the Saturday the day of the cruisr and did our check in. We were directed to even check our bags and head upstairs which we did. When we got there, there was a huge line we heard some chatter about rooms being flooded and people would be unable to sail. We stood in that long line until finally it was our turn and we were told sadly by the Carnival Cruise line representatives that we would not be allowed to sail because our room which was on the second floor had indeed been flooded they even showed us pictures. Then they proceeded ro let us know that come Monday on March 25th Carnival would issue us a full and complete refund 100 percent of what we paid for our cruise then in addition to that they would also give us 500 cruise credit each for a future cruise, but we would have to rebook within a year, also they offered us a hotel. We did not accept the hotel because thankfully we had freinds and family in Florida we could have stayed the night with. We were told we would still however get our 100 percent refund for both tickets in the original form of which we paid and that they would start issuing the refunds on Monday. However, dependent on how long our banks take to process on their end it might be 7-10 business days before we see it. Plus the 500 Cruise Credit each. We even asked if we could sail on another ship on that same day but was told by the Carnival Cruise line representatives that "it was spring break time and all cruises were fully booked." So sadly we called an uber and left. Fast Forward to today March 29th we call Carnival Cruise line and instantly started getting the run around. The rep proceeded to tell us that we did not show up for the cruise, then she asked us if were given a paper with what we were offered. Not to mention she had us on hold forever until her final resolution was that she was not aware that some customers did not sail and she has to check with the ship and then get back to us next week as she did not receive any emails about any non-sail. Listen Carnival Cruise Line we work too hard to just give away our money over $2000 dollars. Also Carnival you ruined my boyfriends birthday and Carnival you ruined what would have been our first time cruising ever. You have until next week to return our money in full before I start to get our attorneys involved plus I know for a fact that there were hundreds of other Cruisers like ourselves who were told the same thing. So if you want us to file a class action lawsuit and also take it to social media you let us know? The ball is in your court. You need to fix this. We want what was promised which was our 100 percent refund back to our original form of payment. We do not care for your Cruise point credit because your customer service sucks and we would never be intrested to try to cruise with Carnival Cruise Line ever again.
