        Sam from Cummings Home Improvements is the guy to go to for all the things! He's detailed, organized, and he is great with communication! We have dealt with a lot of contractors and I'm telling you right now that if you want someone reliable, dependable, able to give you what you ask for and BE HONEST about it; this is the guy and company to go to! The minute we had questions or concerns, Sam was on it! For me it's not about never having an issue on a project, that's just a given, it's how a PROFESSIONAL handles it! HighlyHIGHLY recommend! He'll be doing other projects for me in the future!

        Great to see this local company off the ground. Sam has helped us with a couple of jobs renovating our condo. Without his expertise and his gusto we wouldn’t be nearly as far along. Super fair, nice guy we will be using again !

        Our bathroom was excruciating to look at before Sam came in and made our vision into a reality. Not only is he extremely professional but he is also a quick and efficient worker. He transformed my nasty bathroom into a place that I thoroughly enjoy spending time in and showing off to friends. Cant wait for our next project with Cummings Home Improvement!!!!
