I have fixed my iPhone with him multiple times. He does an excellent job. Customer service is on point too!

I recognize the sevice was in a good price and a solution was provided for my daughter's old iPad, which it was non sense and unaffordable in other places due to the fact my insurance expired with apple and the problem was the screen destroyed by mi 1 year old niece. The point is the job must be done responsibly and if any situation arises, you need to let the client know, which they didn't. My iPad was returned to me with the cover today and when I was trying to open it in front of the person who gave it to me he insisted that I just see it with the cover. When I removed the cover the iPad was bended and THEN he explained to me that crazy glue was put on the iPad to be able to "fix" the situation, but still the iPad remain "open" on the side. (Picture attached) There are fights you choose in life and I decided to avoid this one, but I don't feel it was correct at all. Now I just have to have the iPad always with cover to make sure it won't be a harm to my 5 years daughter or just might fall in pieces with the time. At least I know (the only good part) that it works in The meantime.
