Luxe Apothetique

As a mall employee i would never recommend someone to this store. Everytime i go in the girls are always snooty, and very judgemental. Other than the staffs terrible, high and mighty attitude the store is very cute and has a great Southern feel. If you do choose to shop your better off on your own here.

I came in today, February 16th, to take a look at their Kiehl's line. I was greeted in the front of the store by a small brunette girl, I believe she told me her name was Kelsey, she asked me if she could help me and I decided to give it a shot. I told her my skin type, completely opposite of hers she said, but she seemed so eager to help. She told me how Kiehl's has an online quiz to appoint you products based on your skin type and concerns, I told her I did not want to travel back outside for my phone, and she actually let me use her personal cell phone!!!! The neatest thing was she knew I may not buy anything, and I didn't but she was great anyway! I was a little hesitant beings the reviews on here about Luxe, but I can't imagine those actions now! I say give it another shot y'all! Ask for this girl! She is awesome!

I came in today to look around, and wasn't spoke to by anyone but a male employee, who greeted us and asked his we needed help with anything. My mother was looking for a candle brand, but there was no one to assist her. I probably would have liked a dressing room had I been offered one. The worst part was they really weren't busy. Two female employees, seemed like they couldn't be bothered with customer service. Great store and all but #GirlBye.
