First pump out since buying the house 3 years ago. When tank was pumped out and inspected before closing we were not there so we didn't know exact location of the tank. This was explained when setting up the appt. Was told it wouldn't be a problem. Of course worker could not find Septic Tank in the yard for pump out. Dug up a large portion of my grass looking. Did not do it neatly either. It's now all dirt in the area. Then buried my sprinkler head when filling back in and just left. Called to complain and the owner said I should find it my self and they'll come back out and pump it. If you can't even find the tank I'm surely not going to trust you to do the job. Had another company come out. Tank was found in 10 minutes. Very poor attitude from owner and worker who came out. Expected more from a company with such high reviews.
