We were under a time crunch to have the cameras and intrusion detection installed. J&j far surpassed our needed time getting it done early. The install techs were professional, friendly and efficient. The systems work great. They worked with us with regard to our budget

They gave a quote and install on the same day. They were very professional on the phone and while doing the install. I would recommend J&J Security to anyone looking for a security system.

I have been a long term customer since the early 2000s, paying on a yearly basis. When it came time to switch from their antiquated service only a few months into my recurrent year, they refused to issue a refund for the remaining period.
To charge for services not rendered, especially after being a customer for so long is a very poor business practice. I would not recommend becoming a customer, but if you do, be aware that once they get their hands on your money, it is gone.
In response, I spoke with the owner George twice. That is your policy.

11-2 appointment... no show till after 3. Any company that has a 4 hour lead way and can’t even make that... I absolutely would not recommend.

I have used J&J security for many years and even continued to use them after I moved. I recently had an attempted break-in, but the security alarm scared them off and the police arrived quickly. J&J was prompt and supportive and saved my home from burglars. Thanks J&J!!!!!
