My sprinkler system would not shut off on a Saturday. Jim responded to my call and had one of his staff to my house in a few hours. He stopped the sprinklers and figured out the issue. I decided since my pump was over 20 years old to replace it. Scheduling was easy and the pump replacement went smooth. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. When I scheduled everything with Jim he quoted a fair price. This is what he charged me at the completion of my project. No surprises. American Outdoors delivered exactly what they said they would. Our system was installed quickly without any issues and it worked great! We had a paver company install pavers in our back yard and in the process they broke our sprinkler lines underground with their bobcat. They told us they repaired it and then we got our $500 water bill and found out it was not repaired properly. Jim came out and showed me what they did and repaired it quickly with fair pricing and we havent had any issues since. Great company with awesome customer service! If you are having problems with your sprinkler system or need one installed look no further. James and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and all around true professionals.
