i could not say enough good things about this company, it is a family owned and run business and the owner is just running this company differently than all the other companies I've called, he is so transparent before he repaired it for good (my a/c unit) he put a new part while i watched and watched it crank right on, he then gave me the price which that's another story because I have never paid less than 300$ on a repair but he is so honest that he went out of his way to tell me that the repair difficulty level was mild and not time consuming he based the price on that meaning he didn't go to his price book which he showed me that he does have and broke his own rule just because he is such an honest person that he wanted to make sure i was satisfied and not only me but my 2 toddlers could sleep with cold air tonight, not to mention this was an after hour call on top of everything but because he was only a few minutes away he did not charge me the fee and only charged me the regular service fee, i can keep going but to just summarize my experience i will be calling him back and giving his number to my whole family because not only does he serve Seminole county he services Volusia orange and parts of Osceola!!!! that is a determined owner and he is ready with all parts needed! Henry and his helper Zach was extremely professional!! Very fair on pricing, was able to diagnose the issues my air conditioner was having and Henry and his service Technician Zach was able to break down what the issues my system was having and was able to explain it very thorough so I could understand completely what the issue was with my system so I could understand!! Not once did I feel like they were trying to over sell me on anything at all they were very honest and fair!! ICE heating and air will be the only company I call to service my air conditioning system from here on out and I highly recommended anyone that needs there system fixed , replaced or service ICE Heating and Air is the way to go!!!!
