DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Thus company is quick to take your money and talk to you about they things they can and will do only to not follow through in their end of the deal. I attempted to make a same day delivery order for my stressed out pregnant fiance (a simple request they lie about providing) not only did they deny me same day delivery after I called them to confirm they do same day delivery before placing my order online but now over a week since I have asked for a refund that same money that was instantaneously removed from my account cannot be discovered by the woman who claims she cannot even look my name up in the system. I have had to call back numerous times just to get someone to speak let alone try to be their own terrible version of helpful.

Very disappointing experience! Ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday, they were not delivered, contacted the 3rd party who supposedly works with this florist and was told they could not get in touch with the delivery driver or business. Contacted them 4 times finally told them I want a refund for this ridiculousness. Have ordered flowers(not from this company) every year never have I had such an issue. I even emailed, twice, Elixir, with no avail. Will not ever use this florist, and from the looks of the other reviews no one else will either. This company may want to revamp working with 3rd party outsourcing companies along with their communication skills and reworking their customer service and filling orders when products are paid for, and expected that day! The 3rd party that is affiliated with this company is called Blossomflowerdelivery, steer clear of them as well!
