This is a great company! Nelson, the owner and estimator, was very polite and professional. Their installer Monty started tinting some windows in my house yesterday. He has been professional, very clean, and has gone above and beyond his job requirements. One of the pieces of glass was already partially cracked and I was originally told that it might need to be replaced. Sure enough, it needed to be, but instead of Monty packing up and telling me to let them know when I had replaced the glass, he called a glass company for me and told me that he could fix the window. All I had to do was pick up the glass while he continued to tint other windows. When I returned with the glass, he carefully installed it and picked up every scrap of glass on my floor and what fell onto my roof from the original window. He has to come back today to finish up. When I offered to pay him at least something yesterday he refused to accept any payment. He said that he will not accept payment until he is completely done with a job. Great work and very professional company, something rare I think these days!
